MEPIS 8 RC3 Torrents

The comment on the 64bit need to be changed to include the Official torrent statement the 32 bit has that but the 64 bit does not

We need to get someone to delete the 64 bit RC3 torrent from LinuxTracker since the Mepis 8 release is out now to help prevent anyone from downloading the older version by mistake.
