connection refused

Guess I'm banned fro seeding at Linux Tracker, even though I just logged in there. Haven't been able to help seed for a day now. "Linux Tracker.Org:Error:Connection Refused."

I'm happy to report, that I've connected once again to Linux Tracker dot Org ( LTO) and am helping to seed once again. I had thought that the Tracker was having problems...
